The main idea for this project was to create a Ghibli-esque, peaceful, fantasy realm.  I wanted to explore this concept in both a landscape piece and a interior piece that honed in on a particular character that lives there.  Throughout creating this project I thought a lot about the kind of daily life someone would live in this cozy village and tried to express that in my concepts.
